Should there be a faulty product received , the customer is to notify born & bare within 7 days of receiving the item in order for the return to take place . We will offer a cash refund on payment or exchange to the value of the original item purchased. The customer will be responsible for return shipping fees
May there be an error in product selection , no cash refund will be made however we can provide an exchange or store voucher to the value of the original item.
