Shipping Terms
We try to make delivery as easy and affordable as possible for our customers. We have the following shipping options dependent on your location:
South Africa – Local Delivery To-Door
We use FastWay couriers for all local deliveries. We charge a flat rate of R80 per order for main city centers - Cape Town, Johannesburg, Durban, Bloemfontein, Pretoria etc & R120 for surrounding areas. Orders are standard delivery time of 2 - 3 working days.
This option only applies within South African borders.
South Africa – Free Local Delivery
If you are based in South Africa and you place an order of R1000 or more, you qualify for free shipping within South Africa. There will be an option at check-out for this ‘free shipping option’. Please make sure that someone is available to receive your parcel at the assigned delivery address between working hours.
Self-Collect at our Studio in Port Elizabeth
If someone is available to collect from our studio in PE please select the ‘Collect from studio’ option. This option is free; however, please take note that collection times are from Monday - Friday 9am - 3:30pm . We will be in touch to arrange a collection time .
